Amelia was so understanding and accommodating to my requests. I organised a health and wellbeing day for a group of women with minimal yoga experience. Amelia led the group through a great 1-hour session with ease and comfort. I really appreciated her listening to our needs and guiding us through each movement. I've been coming to Spectrum classes for about 6 months now and I love them. Millie is a wonderful teacher- welcoming, energetic and enthusiastic. She's very encouraging and will tailor the class to help you improve in the things you want to- for example she gives me poses that will loosen my hamstrings.
